About Me

My name is Meghan and I am a wife to a first responder, mama to two, and pediatric sleep consultant.

When I was pregnant with my son everyone told me that I was never going to sleep again. Well, I wanted to prove them wrong, I cannot function without sleep. I began researching how to help your baby sleep. From the time my son was born, I implemented routines and schedules and by 7 weeks he was sleeping 10 hours. I was amazed at how simple that was.

My daughter is different and we did sleep train her at 9 months old. She needed the least amount of intervention, but she is now sleeping 11-12 hours a night! We are now not sleep-deprived and just a happier family!

Both of my children are very different and sleep very different. This is where my expertise comes in on helping you figure out your little ones puzzle on getting them to sleep 11-12 hours each night (and take great naps)!

What is sleep training

Sleep training is a method used to help infants and young children learn to fall asleep on their own and stay asleep through the night. There are multiple methods and I am here to help you and your family choose the one that will be the best for you.

Falling asleep independently is something that we have to teach, we are not born to do it. It involves establishing a consistent bedtime routine, schedule and teaching children to self-soothe and fall asleep independently without relying on sleep associations (patting, rocking, etc.).
